Frequently Asked Questions

Legacy Water Services equipment is often better suited to your needs. Our systems are locally manufactured and specifically designed for local water conditions. We use high-quality, USA-made controls from trusted industry leaders like Clack Corp. and Pentair. National brands, on the other hand, frequently rely on proprietary components, which can limit your options and increase costs over the life of the system.

Yes, we service both residential and commercial customers! From small offices and restaurants to large hotels and Fortune 100 companies with locations across North America, we’ve got you covered. Our experienced staff and extensive inventory ensure top-quality service for businesses and homes alike.

Legacy Water Services stands out from “Big Box” stores by offering competitive pricing and complete in-house service. We manufacture our own equipment, have no commissioned sales team, and handle installation with our licensed, bonded, and insured installers. Unlike “Big Box” stores, where you may need to arrange third-party installations, we handle everything in one place, making service and maintenance easy.

No worries! Most of our customers opt for our in-home service program. With nearly 50 years of experience and thousands of systems installed, we’re already in most neighborhoods, making service efficient. Maintenance typically costs less than $50 per year, keeping it convenient and affordable.

Legacy Water Services systems are built to last 20-25 years. Like any durable appliance, they may need servicing every 6-8 years. Regular service typically includes replacing normal wear-and-tear items and costs $120 to $150, including labor, parts, and tax.
